Houston Dog Expo Fest Vendor Booth — 10' × 10' Space
Join us for the Dog Expo Fest - Houston on Saturday, February 20, 2027, from 12:00–6:00 PM.
Before purchasing your booth, please email vendors@dogexpofest.com with:
A description of what you will be selling or demonstrating
An explanation of how your product, service, or activation benefits dogs or the dog community
A photo of your products, booth setup, or previous event display
Once your business is approved, you may complete checkout through this link on Dog Expo Fest website to officially secure your space.
Your registration includes one 10' × 10' vendor space. Vendors are responsible for providing everything needed to execute their booth, including your tent, proper tent weights, tables, chairs, signage, displays, and any other setup materials.
Power is not included. Vendors requiring electricity must email vendors@dogexpofest.com for availability, requirements, and additional details.
Vendor setup and load in begins promptly at 9:30 AM, and all booths must be fully set up and ready by 11:30 AM. A Dog Expo Fest Coordinator will be onsite to assist vendors during setup.
Dog Expo Fest takes place rain or shine and runs through 6:00 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted.
Every vendor space is intentionally placed to provide strong visibility and guest traffic. Your numbered booth assignment will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the event.
All vendor registrations are final and cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Should you be unable to attend, the value of your registration will be held as a credit that may be applied toward another eligible Dog Expo Fest activation in Houston or a future event in another tour city.
